1. Open Regedit navigate to this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Exploere\Main
2. Change or Create a new String Value and name it "Window Title" and set the value of your own title like "Welcome to Vijay's Cyber World" or whatever you want in the title bar of Internet Explorer - to have no title except the title of the webpages you are browsing
Thats all... its so simple
